This is our second time in Derry staying in this hotel, we really enjoyed it before and this time too. Lovely hotel, clean, modern, great breakfast, comfortable room with King sized bed. Alan at reception was so helpful, when we told him there was some noise from the central heating he put a heater in our room when we were out, it made a big difference, also when we had a short circuit he came up at once and fixed it, he was so thoughtful and nice, a great bonus for the hotel.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Derry. 1 min walk to the car park. £12.50 for 24 hours! Perfect for what we needed. Matress and pillows not great but I did aleep well. Breakfast ok but very overcooked! But... definitely would stay again. Staff were lovely

The bedroom and bathroom were great, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. It was unfortunate that we were not aware when booking that there was renovation work being carried out. More noise than we had expected.

It was very clean and very, very friendly staff. Alan went out of his way to even walk us out the front door to point out some places we could eat. (The Exchange was delicious). The breakfast was a good mix of delicious choices. We all liked it. The only drawback was parking. There is usually a free parking garage they recommend but it was under construction. We were very lucky to find a street spot. Otherwise, they would have validated other parking and it would have cost around 12 pounds.
