This hotel is very bizarre. There are NO WINDOWS and minimal space for anything. It was like a prison cell with aesthetic. Beds were never changed or made & showers had red bacteria growing in showing spouts. Hard pass.

I messaged them twice prior to arrival about storage of luggage and no response and they charged me £15 to hold a small suitcase for 2 hours so it meant I had no time to time alternative storage. Banging all night through out the rooms 1218 rubbish night sleep. And later found bites and checked my pj’s when I was home to see black bugs on them. This hotel has bed bugs. I want a full refund I am not happy. None of the staff spoke English either or if they did it was very little.

The hotel is clean and the location is pretty much perfect apart from one thing, the pub/club that’s pretty much directly behind the hotel is a problem. The music was load enough but you could feel the bass from the speakers shaking the room pretty much. It’s a comfy bed but like I said the music keeps you up all night.

We got charged 2 times. We paid upfront with expedia and then expedia also asked the hotel to charge us again. We still have not gotten a full refund.

Everything has an upcharge, such as luggage storage or slightly earlier check-ins. Otherwise, the experience is average, really just a place to sleep. There are no windows in our unit. I couldn't get coffee since their card machine broke down at the time, then after I came back with cash, they had no change. This is just to illustrate the staff is not the most prepared / professional.

The bedroom is excellent the only caveat is the bathroom. When you shower, the water runs from the bathroom to the bedroom getting everything wet.

This hotel is definitely not made to spend inside. It was literally just a bed to sleep in, no windows, no tv, just a room. Overall the stay was fine, i did feel a little cramped but no complaints. It was in a super busy area, but you’re also walking distance to a lot and easy access to the underground.

Loved the idea of the pod rooms. However as the rooms do not come with windows the air conditioning/ventilation should have been better. Also the bathroom was unclean when we arrived.

We did not like staying at this property. It felt like a dungeon with a platform with a mattress on it. No outdoor light, no TV, no wash cloths. It is basically a room to take a shower and sleep.

Great location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, couldn’t ask for better central location. Our room was very modern but the sink was a bit dirty and could’ve had a deeper clean prior to our stay. Furthermore, over our stay we had to request toilet paper from reception twice as none was delivered during our room refresh. During one of these refreshes our room door was left open which was very concerning as we left at around 8 am and got back around 10 pm so no idea how long it would’ve been left open. We also requested to do laundry and the staff directed us to Laundryheap we signed up and requested a pick up and left our laundry with the reception which they were more than happy to do, however, they only gave half our laundry to delivery driver and that was a huge worry as we were missing half our laundry this had a flow on effect as London was our best option for laundry which caused further stress later on during our trip. Overall great stay and can’t pass up the location and felt safe entering and exiting the hotel.
