Best location with just the essentials

You cannot beat this location, right outside Picadilly Circus station and surrounded by shops, restaurants and theaters. It was a small room, but had all the essentials, ironing and beauty rooms are available on various floors. Gym, coffee and workspaces in the basement. All areas are really clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that they want £15 each to drop off our 2 bags or £40 to check in earlier. We decided to check in early. Most hotels let you drop your bags for free and let you check in early for free. Also no hair dryer no drinking glasses in the room. We liked the area it was in but would not stay again or recommend it to friends.

Fab!!

Great welcome from staff. Stayed in a Cocoon room. Room was super clean. I stayed on 4th floor and it was quiet. Double bed - very comfy. Shower room area was ace. No tele/kettle/hairdryer/iron but I knew that before booking. Also, you can hire an iron or hairdryer. And apparently there is a beauty room with hairdryer and an ironing room. I didn't have time to go and find them. Room was basic but groovy!! Fantastic location, steps away from Piccadilly Circus tube station. I would definitely stay again.
Comfy bed in Cocoon room. Air-conditioning was perfect. 4th floor room which was nice and quiet.
Great shower room area. Shower gel/shampoo/hand-wash/towels provided

Brilliant location but very niche for those who travel light. Rooms extremely basic with no storage space whatsoever / even a few hanging spaces or shelves wouldve helped. Bed strangely placed which added challenge getting in and out of . The price reflected the facilities and would be dead on for a one night stay but not an extended stay. Only towels changed . Beds not changed or even made .

Rip Off Zedwell - we call it Zedwell Scrubs!

Arrived early to spend the day in London. Every other hotel we have booked in to in the past, will store your luggage until you check in. This hotel would store iy but charged an unreasonable amount per case! Never known anything like it

Amazing location, literally just above Piccadilly Circus tube, Eros statue is across the street. This is my second time staying here and I would 100% stay again. I didn't particularly like the room allocated this time, was an accessible room and quite sparce. One thing to note that is a little annoying, but understandable given the hotel likely has a large turnover each day, you have to pay for luggage storage, even if only for an hour or two - I think is £15, though that might fluctuate.
