Modern, cozy hotel for business trip or city-visit

Nice staff, very modern and super clean rooms, nice food although with limited options for breakfast. Fitness room is nice, location of the hotel is convenient. On the other hand this is not a hotel for families nor for it claims to be. Go in - go out, have a nice sleep and decent breakfast. I stay here any time I visit London.

The hotel was really nice, modern and clean. Staff at checking directed us to the screens for checkin, which was easy, but there was no mention of breakfast times or location. As we travelled as a family, we had a VIP suite, which was incredible in size. The only issues in the room we had during the stay was that the light in the living area (where the kids slept) kept turning on in the night and waking the kids up. Secondly, there was no milk in the room to make tea. Breakfast choices in the morning were good, but some of the hot food wasn’t as such. The sausages and bacon were cold even though put in a heated container on the bar. At checkout, we handed the keys to a member of staff and at no point were we asked for our room number or how our stay was. Overall a good stay, but could be improved

I arrived at the hotel around 12pm. Even the room is ready, the front desk explained that there is a charge unless I check in 30 minutes later. The room is extremely small. When my friend took a shower, I had to stay in the public area as there is no space inside the room. The shower is good pressure and the bed is comfortable. But I don’t plan to stay in the future and will pick a hotel with more space.
