Really good stay. We had one of the smaller rooms but it had everything we needed. Loved it. Every single staff member was great. I normally don't about how good staff are – just point me to my room etc... But these guys were a real credit. Hoping we can stay again

Good but some teething issues to resolve

Brand new and so very lovely and clean, great location and I think has potential to be a great spot. Initial impressions are things are so new that the staff aren't in the swing of things. Also if you like a colder bedroom you might struggle as there's radiators you can turn down but no discernable fresh air (can't open windows/couldn't find Aircon instructions although this might just be teething issues). I was put in an accessible room which was fine except everything was lower so a bit awkward to use and nowhere to put anything that's dry in the bathroom.

This is a great property with friendly and welcoming staff. It is located close to bars, restaurants and entertainment but is still quiet. We were surprised to find out that it was the first day of them being opened and were gifted a bottle of wine and tote bag in our room on arrival. We will definitely return to this property when we next stay in the area

Bargain, amazing value for money, very clean, very quiet, comfy bed, kitchen had everything you need for self catering, all toiletries included, great location, everything you may need nearby, great transport links, lovely communal area with hot drinks machine and terrace, will deffo return in the summer, thanks!
