Lovely property, new clean and safe but not the best check-in experience of the many i’ve had. we arrived maybe 20mins before check-in time and the room was not ready which is fair enough but then even at the original check in time we were told to wait longer and only got issued one room of the two we booked. we were on our way to an event so the delay was not ideal although staff were apologetic- it wasn’t the best start to our trip!

Had the best stay at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf. Really well equipped room. Very good location to get to the o2 Arena. Jubilee line located 5 mins walk from the apartments. No parking, however, plenty of parking around. We have pre-booked parking at Canada Square Car Park (£20) for 24 hours. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the apartments.

- They DO NOT do daily house keeping, its a weekly thing. The only thing they clean/empty out is the trash/rubbish bins. - New towels and bed sheets once a week or pay to get new ones sent to your room. - Water will shut off after 40 mins of on-going use to prevent leaking. I get it but its pretty annoying to have to go down every-time and ask them to reset it upstairs. - Cool rooftop lounge

Great hotel with lovely staff. Room was nicely decorated, like the entire hotel. Good eco-credentials with toiletries in bathroom and cleaning products for kitchenette. Well stocked kitchenette in room. Enjoyed the communal space though had to nip down to get mug from my room as there were no clean ones. Pleasant scenic walk through Canary Wharf to access various public transport options.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, early check in, brand new apartment with all the comforts. The only downside was no air conditioning, being in London in an apartment high rise having one window which only opens a crack you have to have air conditioning.

It was amazing - we got an upgrade to the Cosy studio which was absolutely spotless, well furnished and designed, and had everything we needed. The honesty bar was a life saver when we came in hungry in the early hours. Staff so friendly. Area feels very relaxed as well.

The only thing I can say that let this stay down was no wifi code, they said it would get emailed and never did. You need this as the reception isn’t very good. Tried to research where to go for breakfast but nothing would load.

Good location, OK stay

The room was very warm as there is no air conditioning, even when the window was left open. The TV did not work when I checked in so asked the front desk to sort this out. I needed to ask them again the next morning to sort this issue out as it was still not working the next day
