New long stay apart-suites type hotel. Perfectly serviceable and very clean. Missing some things of a Citizen M type stay in terms of lounges and dining etc but good location in Canary Wharf near transit and for present discounted start-up price. If the price increases substantially traditional hotels might be better option.

First Issues

Third or fourth stay here now and the first time I've encountered the issues others have mentioned with the lights not turning off. The intercom in my room was not working so I had to go down to the reception to report, where another person was also complaining about the same thing. The standard response seems to be that the lights are automatically turned on and off, which surely is not true because light switches are fairly commonly expected to turn lights on and off! The light had managed to turn itself off when I got back to my room but the advice to stay up and wait for it to turn off wasn't ideal. A green flashing light by the door then started and went on all night. I've got more bookings and will probably continue to stay here but the lights have got to be sorted.

Lovely accommodation highly recommended!

Nice location with a good selection of shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. The room was a nice size with all the amenities you would expect and at a really reasonable cost for london.there were multiple travel options for central London close by. Would certainly stay again next time we're in London.

A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta! I asked if they stocked salt and pepper and the manager on duty kindly gifted me a full, new tub of Cornish sea salt and new black pepper mill, both very gratefully received. There is a Morrisons very close by if you want to cook. We had a great, smaller studio room with full kitchen and appliances. The only hiccough was a problem with three safety lights which came on in the ceiling and couldn’t be re-set so we, unfortunately, had to move from our 11th floor room to the 4th floor at 11pm; we had been in bed! However, the staff were very apologetic and sorted it as quickly as possible. We will certainly return and recommend you to others - thanks so much, you’re doing a brilliant job, despite the minor teething problems!

A brand new hotel that did everything we needed for a short visit to Canary Wharf. Easy access from London Underground. There is a common area inside the hotel with a lounge and free coffee machine - a nice touch.

The hotel was in a very nice area, however there was construction works around all 4 corners of the hotel which was loud, although we stayed in the smaller room it was very small as you could get a lot bigger for the price, the lounge and outside areas were nice. Overall a good experience but could find better for the price and the room was not great, blinds did not work properly and the quality of the furniture felt cheap even though very new, has good potential though and would stay again.

An almost perfect stay.

Beautiful property in a great location. Clearly brand new apartments with great amenities (kitchen appliances, well-stocked honesty market, workspaces and terrace). The area is under development but the property did not suffer from excess noise or interruption. The only reason for one fewer star is because we were awaken in a panic by a fire alarm one morning - it really put a damper on the day as we were left very tired.

Good location. Comfortable enough but we were given a disabled room which isn’t ideal if you are a tall couple. Instructions for accessing WiFi was emailed but there was no phone coverage so the email never arrived. Just leave instructions in the room!

This hotel was a lovely option for a short weekend break. Super close to the underground to travel in and out the city, lots of food options nearby and in a nice area. The staff were all so lovely and the room was perfect for the 2 nights. Some communication on the 40 minute cap on the shower would have been great, but all around a great experience. Would highly recommend.

It was only 3 weeks since this place opened so it was brand new. Canary Wharf has a lot to offer and close to the underground so there are multiple choices to choose from. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great value for money

I was a bit worried because the property is brand new and I had seen a few negative reviews, but overall was quite satisfied with this aparthotel. The staff were amazing. The room was quite small (I got the smallest one), but I the value for money was good. It’s a very practical hotel for a solo traveler who is here on business. The kitchen was well equipped and there is also laundry onsite.
