Generally a pleasant hotel. Room was spacious, clean and had lots of storage space. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was also convenient in the evenings for dinner. Good location for the sightseeing buses. I found service quite slow in parts and generally felt the hotel wasn't luxurious enough to be a 5*.

The room is of a high standard, staff attentive and helpful. Really cannot think of anything that could have made our stay better, truly amazing hotel and staff. Would def recommend a stay here if in London, right near Tower Hill tube and DLR.

The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The lux bath products were a nice surprise. The delicious biscuits and tea were a nice touch. The best feature was the access to the metro.

While the concierge was friendly they had limited knowledge of how to get around the city. While they touted 24 hour room service, if you ordered a hamburger after 11pm they would only let you order it “well done”. The reason for this, we were told, was because they ordered it from outside the hotel and they didn’t trust the quality of the meat.

We stayed in an apartment room. It was very nicely equipped with the basics in the kitchen which is what we like when we stay somewhere for 4 nights. Bed was comfortable, & bathroom was nice as well I would recommend it and I would stay again. Concierge was very helpful. Penny

I like it!
I enjoyed most aspects of the hotel, but the smell during my shower was quite unpleasant. The breakfast buffet met my expectations, and the overall service was good and friendly.
