Tired hotel with rooms that belong in the 80s. No lift so suitcase dragged up and along corridors for ages. Food in the restaurant was pretty bog standard. The only positive is convenience to T5 with the quick monorail (expensive)

Good location, easy to get to heathrow terminal 5 by public bus (10mins, bus stop right outside hotel) which is cheaper then paying the hotel to use the heathrow pod. Comfortable enough room.

Convenient location for Heathrow. DIRECTLY under the outgoing flight path so occasionally loud. Hotel looks dated outside but Rooms were clean and functional. However the beds are small. I think the "Double" we had was a 3/4 size.

I have stayed previously in this hotel to catch a flight from terminal 5 or coming in from Terminal 5. Very convenient. Just a suggestion, improving the path from the pods to the hotel to make the luggage run smoother would be nice instead of the grainy asphalt paving. Also, I don't know how they can accommodate disabled wheelchair bound clients, if their breakfast room is in the the 2nd floor without a lift.

Location, location, location!
Super location for Terminal 5 with the option of a car pod at 8 quid per person or the local bass which was free with our bus pass. The food and bar in the hotel was really good and reasonable. The furniture and fittings in the room were a little tired and dated but having said that it was clean and everything worked.
