Lovely hotel however on check in the lady was very blunt and didn’t even smile. As if she hated her job. But we later spoke to another woman regarding our parking and she was bubbly! But the lady who checked us in literally had no interest in what she was doing, very blunt and almost unprofessional. Considering we’re checking in, at least tell us what time is check out. I had to ask!

Yes, it was wonderful staff and clean and safe and the pod to Terminal 5 was marvelous!!! It was available when I needed it since there are several lined up ready to go and with the code it runs on its own right to the terminal!!

The location and staff were excellent for overnight stay. The hotel itself was clean, but was in need of updating (some carpets were torn and duct taped and bathroom had some mold). Bedroom was adequate for what we needed, but bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to airport with pods.

The reception staff was wonderful for both check-in and check-out. l've stayed at The Thistle often over the years, and two years ago was the only time l was not well-treated. so last year l stayed at The Leonardo. l've been back at The Thistle twice this year, and am glad l decided to do so because l was treated well, once again. Hoping this bodes well for continued future stays because l really like your hotel.
