Arrived in evening when dark as solo traveller. signage as you vacate the pod for thistle would make it easier & more lit up aas car park very dark. My stay was pleasant & staff very helpful. I wouldstay again as needs may arise

Low price, dated facilities

The location by Terminal 5 is good (though watch out for the £8 charge to use the pod) and the price of the room was very low, but this hotel is dated and not well equipped. There was no lift to the upper floor. The hot water and phone did not work in the room I was given. Service was helpful once I pointed out the problems.

Helpful pleasant staff, very easy access to pods

No lifts but staff readily on hand to help with my case. Comfortable sleep even though short for catching early flight. Very easy and well signed to pods which take you straight to terminal. I would choose this option again.

The room was very good, plenty of hot water and a big tv. Check in is after 3pm, free after that time, but if you check in early there is a £10 charge! Also the snacks are expensive, I think I saw an £8 bag of popcorn?

Its all about the location for T5

Great location for Terminal 5 with a good restaurant. However it has seen better days. Looking tatty e.g. damaged carpet taped over in the corridor. THat said this was probably reflected in the price

No lift given a room on upper level as we had large suitcases we changed to ground floor but when we got into room it was chilly tried to put heating on would not work it was cold so went to reception and they put a heater in but only took the chill off a bit . Food was great in restaurant but didn't realise there was a service charge for the restaurant . The pods to the airport were amazing well impressed

Overnight stay

Great room for an overnight stay. Spacious,clean and staff attentive. Nice hot water for a bath. The cost of the pod to get there from terminal 5 is ridiculous at £8 each.
