Nicely Located along Kennsington Park

We are a family and booked a king suite with a sofa bed. The living room with the sofa bed pulled out is very tight, but the beds are comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and light. They could use an extra luggage rack when there are obviously more people in the room. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were able to take the bus (along the side of the hotel) and Tube (3-4 blocks walk) easily. Overall a nice stay. The hotel needs a few cosmetic upgrades, but we would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views

This hotel was excellent. It was clean, and very convenient and beautiful location. It is right across the street from Kensington Garden and you can get the tour buses right out front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of choices.

The service and location were outstanding at thisle. It is directly across the street from Hyde Park and just a few blocks away from the underground and a variety of restaurants. The only aspect of this place which could use some improvement is some refinement of the breakfast service. The coffee / espresso maker was broken and the breakfast fell short compared to other offerings in the neighbourhood.

It was a nice stay. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of options. The walls are a bit thin, so if you happened to have a loud neighbor, this would be a problem; although I did not. It's conveniently located near tube stations and Paddington as well as Hyde Park. My one complaint is that they claimed that I would get a king bed. It was just two double beds pushed together. A wily trick!
