I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms are TINY and the bed is up against the walls with a tiny space at the bottom and 1 side. I probably wouldn’t stay more than a couple of nights but it does exactly what you need it too. Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. I requested more tea and milk and was pleased with tea pigs. Great location right close to the theatre I was going too and walking distance from tube amd Covent garden right behind

Lovely short stay in perfect location

Very clean, no window ground floor accessible room very spacious. Right next to reception desk so expect to be disturbed when guests arrive if looking for quiet. This didn’t last all night though. Location was excellent and the room itself more than made up for any small inconvenience of noise in the lobby!

Z Hotel The Strand

Great location, with gated pathway after a certain time of night. Room was clean and ideal for myself and my daughter. We had in room amenities which were complimentary. Staff were friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). Overall highly recommend this hotel - walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again.

The rooms are very small i booked a queen room at £175 per night the bed was more the size of a standard double. No wardrobe or chair to sit on, tv was on the wall at the foot of the bed not even a walk way around the bed there was only one way on and off the bed this was difficult when i was asleep on the edge and my husband woke in the night for the loo he had to climb over me waking me up. Overall the room remided me of a hostel. Everything was so packed in and tight. The Grand hotel not to far away is much a better quality hotel for only a little more cost. I will not use a z-hotel again in any area

The hotel was fine. European style. The room was very tiny with no room to move and put your bags and no chairs and the entire bed was on the wall so you only had one side of the bed to sit on. Also the bathroom didn’t have a door it was a sliding frosted glass panel that did not technically close. The outside noise level was abit high until about after 12. The hotel sits on a Main Street. Staff was friendly courteous and exceptionally nice.
