VERY disappointed with the rooms. If you’re expecting high end rooms for the price you paid you’re in for a shock. There are ZERO USB ports anywhere in the room, a modern no brainer even in cheap hotels. The rooms are very dated and very basic. On the up side the views (if you pay for one) are spectacular, and I mean ridiculously good. However that shouldn’t be an offset to simple tech features like a USB port (seriously!…there are literally none in the rooms). Parking is very sketchy, don’t bother as there are VERY limited spaces and it’s £30 per day (cheaper to use public transport or taxis). Restaurant is quite good, nothing special but the food was nice and served very quickly…however it is expensive as is everything in the hotel store. There is a Tescos mini store literally 1 min walk where you can buy snacks etc. Don’t expect luxury because you’re simply not going to get it, you’re paying for the hotel name and location only.
