Rooms are filthy, Rm 278-giant 4 inch bug on first room no functioning toilet smelled like mild, they offered to change sheets and remove giant worm like bug/slug. I said no. Next room no view (that I paid extra for) 474 that one when tub drained water came up the floor drain. 2 inches of water on floor and I fell. Lovely bruise on my arm from hitting the tub. Oh and door to 474 doesn’t close unless you slam it.. Next room was 289. Opened door and smell of mold hit you in the face. Worse than 273 ( bug room) refused that one. Then got 380 smells clean no mold but no view and they won’t reimburse me for the extra I paid! The air vents are think with black film on them carpet is extremely dirty and 380 has cracks down the walls from ceiling to floor. For Canadian and American citizens do not book this place it is a nightmare staff are rude ignore you customer service is non existent. We arrived at 130 pm from a red eye flight as all North American citizens do. They-refused us into the room. My son just finished summer exams 2 days prior we had been up for Wr hrs. I asked reception and concierge were he could lay dow. We were told STARBUCKS! I offered to pay nope. At 3 pm it is a cattle all of everyone killing hours waiting exhausted. Met other people from USA who were trying to book another hotel because they got in at 8 am. For point of reference I have stayed at motel 6 when driving, this is a lot worse than any motel 6. 3 moves no view no reimbursement

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t go back here. We were intrigued by the price and the location but the hotel is in serious need of some upgrades. The aging elevators were constantly broken causing large delays, our bath tub shower barely drained so you were always showering in a large pool of water, our sink was cracked. There is also no mini fridge so be mindful of that for drinks and fruit purchases. We arrived with a booking for 3 and the couch pullout wasn’t made up for us with no bedding or pillows left in the room: housekeeping didn’t clean our room at all (we even had the light on when we left at 830am and returned at 445💯pm). Unfortunately every interaction with staff (maintenance, housekeeping) wasn’t ideal - we had to call twice to have maintenance come and look at shower drain because after first call they just didn’t show up! Concierge was nice and front desk people Seemed fine but I would avoid the hotel. We travelled for 30 days and this was our last stop and the only real poor review I have written.

The hotel was lovely. I wasn't so keen on the self service check in screens, it didn’t feel like a warm welcome you'd usually get with a posh hotel. All the staff were lovely. The room and views were amazing. One thing to remember though (minor i know, but worth knowing so you dont make the mistake i did). When you bring a phone charger, bring one with a plug that the wire comes out the side or on top, as mine came out the bottom, but there wasn't room for it between the plug and table. There was only 1 other plug point that i could use, but when there are 2 of you that need to charge your phone its a little annoying.

View was great. Most TV channels would not play. Bathroom shower had mold in ceiling (see photo). Carpet not do clean. No fridge in room. Elevator is slow.

Everything was great appart from dinner in Vicinity ,food was code and blan and frozen for the prices is should be warm and fresh. The service chargers are ridiculous, you should be abloud to give your own tip not it be charged.
