The single rooms are pretty poor. The management obviously think customers will be sneaking in extra guests so they don’t give you a bathroom door. The carpet feels sticky underfoot and the coat hangers are not only unable to be removed from the wardrobe but can’t be moved to long hanging from short hanging. You can’t see the TV from the bed and there isn’t a chair. Not the best stay

Beautiful style

A great hotel with multiple options of bars and restaurants, and the heart of London right outside the front door. The interior in the art deco style is beautiful and the rooms were nice inside. Would recommend a stay here and aim to return in the future

Nice hotel in great location for theatres. Staff very polite and extremely helpful. Checked in early and no problem accessing room, booked two nights as seperate bookings and they sorted easily so we didn’t need to change rooms, really hid service throughout.

Everything was excellent. I had a single room and although it was small it had everything I needed in it and was spotlessly clean. All the staff were so polite and helpful. I will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

The hotel was great, but the room was much smaller than we expected. The shampoo holder kept falling off and no hocks in the bathroom. We had a drink in the bar and listened to a bartender yell at tge ladies because he didnt want to make our margaritas.....very rude.
