The pros: clean, convenient location, around lots of great restaurants, safe, walkable, lots of transportation options, friendly staff, reliable wifi, reasonably priced. The cons: room and bed was small (but okay for solo traveler and normal for London), no refrigerator in room, no microwave in room, no buckets of ice available, no way to control the temperature in the room. All in all, I would stay here again.

I contacted the hotel several times before arriving and they could not understand that I didn’t want a twin bed. While they eventually put me in a room with a double bed they still tried to put me in a twin bed in a room the size of a walk in closet. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! It was very close to the train station, which was helpful, because it was about a 30 minute walk to all of the sites. The walk was doable, but if you wanted transportation it was extremely convenient.

This hotel was in a short walking distance from several bus lines, tube and St. Pancras train station. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with a large assortment of options.

I loved this hotel! From the moment I walked in I experienced such friendly staff. The property was clean and comfortable. We even accidentally left an item at the hotel and they were able to hold it for us until we returned. For being budget friendly this was a great hotel. I will say the room was a bit small, but that was to us having three beds. I would highly recommend this hotel.

First to admit I never wrote reviews but it was pretty bad I checked in a day late but that’s not either here or there I paid for 3 days for a double comfort room. Me and my wife I book a day late I get my card go up the room on the 7th floor and it takes me up. Going to look for my room it’s in a off the beaten track that leads to a small hallway I can barely open the door for my suitcase and it’s not what I paid for, the room was small like if I paid for a budget hotel won’t even stay here I made two reservations so I checked out to check back in and they gave me a different room and it was night and day this was a standard comfort room I paid for just crazy

Great stay

Great stay, good clean room, excellent service and fab breakfast. Only thing I would add re breakfast would be the addition of some lemon slices near the hot water/coffee facilities. But very minor issue as love juice too.
