We loved the location and history of the hotel. Staff were lovely and the restaurant & bar areas were fantastic. Rooms were updated and clean.

Great breakfast, decent hotel, but too warm
The breakfast here is fantastic with a huge range of hot and cool food in plentiful supply. Room was basic but functional, but had no air conditioning and, unfortunately, was overly warm so we had to have the window open all the time. There is a big refurb going on in the adjacent hotel (same company) so there was a degree of noise from fairly early on (shouting, banging, etc). Our room faced onto this. Shower was quite weak and the water temperature fluctuated frequently from too hot to too cold so showering was not a great experience. There was no extractor fan in the shower room so it steamed up quickly if you didn't leave the door open. Staff were friendly, attentive and responsive, quickly providing extra pillows and an electric fan upon request. Twin beds were comfortable and room was cleaned nicely during our stay. Lounge bar was nice and staff friendly and helpful. Secure luggage storage was also provided free of charge on check out which was a nice extra meaning we could continue to enjoy our last day unencumbered. There was even umbrella hire for as little as £2 for 24hrs and free chilled filtered water for your water bottles.

Location very good 100mts to Underground 500mts to Buses. Breakfast very good pledant Staff. House keeping not good we had to ask for Bath towel only one left and no toilet rolls, no tissues only one in box when we arrived then no more. Bed Duvet too heavy for Summer evenings. No iron or board.

I really liked how convenient it is for this hotel to be close to a train station. Breakfast was decent with excellent service. Only downside that I could think of would be that there are no ice machines, mini fridges, or air conditioning (I was visiting from the U.S. and that’s what I’ve been accustomed to). They provide a small fan which wasn’t too bad but it was also 70s Fahrenheit at night, it can get pretty toasty during the day. Despite that, I would still definitely stay here again the next time I come back to London.

Too noisy, got no sleep. The facilities and surrounding areas are nice enough, but all the rooms out the back face onto a massive vent system which is extremely noisy all day and night through paper thin windows. Would not recommend this hotel unless you have very good ear plugs

The property itself was amazing and i would recommend any Beatles Fans to stay at the hotel. The only issues encountered were with the staff. It was such a shame to have the experience ruined by a few staff members. On August 7th a man from housekeeping knocked on our door 20 before 9 asking if we did not need our room cleaned today. He was very pushy and annoyed. We said that we did in fact need the room cleaned and that we were just getting ready for the breakfast we had already paid for at the hotel. He said he would bring us towles and that that would be good. Before we left for the day we asked the front desk to please have someone from housekeeping clean our room. The asured us it would be done. When we got back to the room 9 hours later it was not clean. We had no coffee of tea and the old towles had never been collected and we had no toitlet paper. We then called the front desk again and asked for the tea, towles and toilet paper. After an hour i need to go to the front desk and ask for the stuff and had to stand in line because i was the third person there complaining about house keeping. They kept a dirty vacum in the hallway my entire stay. Same day, i watched the resturant manager scream at a customer and treat them poorly only to go behind the bar and scream and talk rudly to the very kind staff. I waited for my meal which was very hard to select because they were out of pretty much all their food. Hermonie from breakfast was very sweet and so were other staff.
