The staff here were excellent. The lobby and breakfast was very nice. The area is very downtown with many restaurants nearby, along with homeless people and dirty streets. Our room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hallway smelled amazing, but our room smelled of old musty cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Once we got back home after a 3 night stay, all of our bags clothes and items smelled like this really gross cigarette musty smell. This is my only issue and we should have mentioned it to the staff right away. It may have only been our room, but we didn’t give staff a chance to let us know.

It's an interesting part of London, but there are many pluses -- from Victoria Park to the many world class eateries close to UWO campus. Would stay again.

The suites are spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. So many great restaurants within walking distance. I always come back to the Park Houses
