Lovely night away with my daughter

Great experience staying first time at the Lensbury. I took my 8 year old daughter for a mummy and daughter night away and we managed to go to the swimming pool twice. Our room was upgraded and although we didn't eat at the restaurant having booked ahead as the menu changed we went out to the nearby pub The Anglers and enjoyed a fabulous meal.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. My daughter stayed with me for a bit if the trip so I had I bigger room and a smaller room. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk was a delight!! He was so nice and fun to interact with after a long flight. The breakfast was wonderful. The drinks were wonderful. It was close to public transportation. It was the whole deal. The man with the vest is not the friendliest. But I aspire to make him smile on my next visit. :) I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel

Really nice overnight break. The facilities were excellent with use of the great pool, spa & gym. The food was also excellent & very reasonably priced.

Look great outside as you pull up however only ok inside and needs refurbishment. I think they might do a lot of coach holidays or that's the feel of the place. Outside grounds look lovely.

Nice location and facilities, food not so great

The hotel is impressive and the rooms comfortable. Location is great and near the river with some nice views. Facilities such as the gym are very good. Dinner was not so great as service was very slow, and the food was expensive for what it was. Slow service was likely due to seating me in an area near the bar not often used for food (no cutlery etc) as they have a no laptop policy in the main dining area. Not great if you want to eat and catch up on work.

The Lensbury is like a home away from home. It’s not fancy but it’s great for those that enjoy the outdoor and sporty living like I do. Great gym and pool. Staff are fantastic.

What a great place to stay for the last night of our trip to England. Wonderful in-house restaurant and pub, massive room for our family of 4, and a great vibe all around. Wished we had taken some time to see Twickenham, as it looked great on the way to the airport in the morning. Hope to stay here again and do that next time!
