Wonderful building with many features retained from its history. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located by Tower Bridge, the hotel helped make our two-night stay (for a wedding) a great success.
This location is unbeatable! The room was not up to Autograph standards and was fairly generic and minimalistic. However, I didn’t mind because the location was so convenient!
Amazing experience at the Dixon! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had such a good experience that I cancelled my additional hotel stay just to rebook at the Dixon. The Dixon is now my go to hotel stay in London going forward! Truly splendid .

Overall the facility was quiet and clean. Staff was average and didn’t seem interested in answering questions. One morning the power went out in our room and they reached as though it was normal.
Staff very welcoming upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. Breakfast was great with attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff (one of the staff enthusiastically explained the history of the building before it was a hotel). First time staying here. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
The property is lovely. Great location. Friendly staff. What I did not like: significant steps to get to the front door, if you have more than a carry on, you will be in trouble. Someone is there sometimes but not always(in my case no one was there upon arrival or departure). Only one elevator worked while I was there.
Thermostat did not wok in my room. I callwdnthree times, when the manger came, he tried fixing(it was extremely cold) but to no avail. Instaed of offering to switch my room, he offered to give me an extra blanket. When the blanket arrived.it looked like they just took it off another bed to give to me, He had to reassure me thst the blanke was clean.
The hotel is lovely, my situation (blanket) is really just a matter of training.
