Lovely room, comfy beds, fancy steam shower. Smelled lovely everywhere, even the gym!! Lovely area, lots going on. Only negatives were the bathroom door was difficult to open/close & the info on using the pool was lacking.

New Year’s Eve

Was a nice hotel. We booked for NYE mainly because of the rooftop deck to watch the fireworks. I asked both when I checked in and also went to the deck the night before and was told yes we will be opening the rooftop. Got back to the hotel and it was closed as they were short staffed.

Excellent hotel. Different dining options inside which were all amazing with incredible service. Food was fabulous. The room was perfect. Comfy bed. The steam shower was the best part of the room. So relaxing and such a great addition to an already beautiful hotel.

Second time not so good

Second time I’ve stayed here. First time was great, this time not so much. I purposely booked this place because of the luxury steam shower facility, but it wasn’t working in my room. Also there was music pumping from another floor which kept me awake. I mentioned the steam room issue at checkout and wasn’t offered any compensation which was frustrating due to the high price I paid. Also, previously the breakfast fruit/yoghurt bowl came with pastries, this time it didn’t which was disappointing.

The staff was really terrific. There was a day where we slept in and deferred housekeeping. But get this: that evening I asked for some Nespresso pods to be brought up while we were away and not only did they bring us the pods, they made up the room that night. So kind and thoughtful. A great place for a weekend in Shoreditch

Small & perfectly formed it was the perfect location for a birthday weekend in Shoreditch. Staff were great, loved the roof top restaurant & one room suite was amazing.

Fab trendy hotel , Queen beds so soft and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly . The hotel smells so good , everything in room you require and great fancy extra touches , like coffee machine , robes etc . Great location in between two tube stations nearby .. I loved it. The gym, pool, onsite restaurants/bars, and individual guest rooms were all in great condition, and the personal steam showers in the in-room bathroom was a personal favorite! You couldn't ask for a better location, surrounded by public transit, many top restaurants and bars, and close walking distance to interesting attractions like Old Spitalfields Market. Highly recommend this stay for any trip to London!
