Really nice hotel for a short break - mearby mainline rail station means it's only about 20 minutues to central London. Efficient check-in. Good well decorated public rooms. Bedroom was a bit dated but absolutely fine. Three quarters sized bath with shower over was great. Breakfast room was very pleasant with a good choice of food.

We stayed her for two nights as we were going to the 02 to see kylie and a day of site seeing in London. Perfection location for jumping on a train to London only 5 minutes walk to the station and the bus stop outside the hotel takes you straight to the 02 arena, free parking too. Hotel was clean, restaurant was great. Didn’t visit the bar but saw it. Breakfast was a help yourself and more than enough choice, a big pot of decent tea. Staff very welcoming, highly recommend this hotel and we definitely be returning in the future.

Good place to stay if visiting the O2 for a show. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and a very reasonably priced single room which meant no rushed return home after the show. Good breakfast included too. Excellent transport links.

This is an amazing property in a real nice little village! Very low key area with open geeen space and cool small English town which is great to come back to after busy crowded London. Train station is right down the street Very nice rooms with great beds and bath with strong hot water and a nice fan on the wall. Breakfast each day in the Meridian restaurant was always excellent and staff there is 5 star!! Very nice and sharp lady running the restaurant ! Lovely stay

Me and my wife stayed here for one night to go and see a concert at the O2. Overall it was satisfactory. There is parking out front but it is limited, I was fortunate enough to get the only available space both times I had to park up, which is good but had me concerned there might not be space. I think there may be alternate/extra parking somewhere around the back though. The staff were very nice and helpful, and overall the place looked very presentable and in good spirits. The hallways were a bit of a maze however and involved a lot of tricky stairs. It's very clearly an old building with a less than ideal design, but nothing deal breaking. The room, the bed, and the bathroom were all fine overall, it was unfortunately very warm throughout however. Even on a mildly sunny day, and after returning at midnight from a gig, having left the window open a crack, it was still very warm in our room. There is a decent oscillating fan attached to the wall, but if fan noise and creaks from it rotating are likely to keep you up, it may not be useful for sleep. Leaving the window open was also an issue as our room was at the front of the building facing the main road. Even closed a decent amount of road noise could be heard come the morning. Aside from the heat the room was comfortable, and the food on offer looked very good too. If visiting the O2 it's certainly well priced for the area, and getting to and from the venue (after prime traffic time at least) took 10 mins by car.

Am Besten IMMER !!!! Bahnhof Blackheath mit dem Zug zur Viktoria Station und genauso zurück !!!! Das ist die schnellste Verbindung !!!! Quer durch Londons Stadtteile mit dem Bus oder dem Underground zu experimentieren ist für einen Touristen der Horror und kann bis zu 6 Stunden Zeitverlust pro Tag bedeuten !!!!

The staff was amazing. Everything was wonderful. Except for the underlying scent of mildew. You could tell by the warped floors and the subtle scent of mildew in the air that there was water damage of some kind. Other than that everything was amazing
