Clerk Couldn’t find our pre-booked, pre-paid reservation. Given full handicapped room. Not what we requested, not what we wanted, but we weren’t about to argue with the desk clerk after the hassle. No free shuttle to airport - 20 pounds for a one mile ride. Would not stay again.

We loved the excellent breakfast and the service was great. Lots of choices and a tasty full English breakfast. WE liked the spacious room the full kitchen and the comfortable bed and nice big clean bathroom. the shower was excellent. We will be back and would recommend this Hotel to our friends and Family.

The stay was good, rooms spacious and clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We didnt like that the rooms were not serviced on the weekend. We stayed 2 days and would have liked dry towels, and we had to find extra toilet paper along the way.

I loved everything about this property. It was the best hotel I stayed in in my 12-day trip to England. The room was large and the furniture was well thought-out, there was a kitchen, the air conditioning worked really well, the service by staff was excellent, and there was a good restaurant with lots of selections at the hotel next door. There were also laundry facilities, which I used, and a pool, which I didn't have time to use. I will definitely stay there again if I need an overnight near Heathrow.

This hotel is easy access from Heathrow by bus. The room was very comfortable, clean and overall a very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast that was included was very nice. Would stay there again! The front desk was very helpful, quick to respond, and friendly when we needed help.

Great Location - Great Room - Friendly Staff. Not thrilled with the early check in fee aimed at international travelers. The fee is bad enough but they don't have a set price, even though your room is ready and you will get in it later, they charge TEN BRITISH POUNDS PER HOUR to check in early. So if your international flight lands in the morning at LHR, get ready to be gouged. Of course, this fee is not shown when the reservation is made.

We stayed for 2 night before catching a flight out of Heathrow. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed including a small kitchen to cook food. The staff was always friendly and willing to help if needed. The breakfast was quite nice with lots of options. I especially liked the automatic espresso machines that made specialty drinks. We also liked the free laundry facilities (something we didn’t know before booking, but very pleased to see). The only thing we felt was missing was an airport shuttle, especially since it is SO close to the airport.
