The hotel overall was okay, the staff were very friendly at the reception area. The room had a really strong smell like the previous guests had been smoking. The bathroom wasn’t very clean especially the toilet, there was hair on the toilet and sink area. The breakfast was nice, not a big selection but fresh produce. Never been to an alcohol free hotel, but a great idea.

This hotel has amazing customer service - I stayed the night before my birthday and they really took care of me, I was genuinely surprised. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfy. I’d highly recommend.

The hotel itself was modern, clean, and Staff friendly. I feel the list of facilities are incorrect as it states there is a restaurant and bar. The only food available was a pizza that you order through a scanned barcode and pick up at reception. The bar was drinks behind the reception area and did not sell alcohol. Had we had known that they did not have alcoholic drinks and restaurant we would not have booked here. We had quite a long drive and wanted to order some food. Unfortunately the breakfast was cold and didn’t had the basic items like bacon or nice sausages. I think they were chicken ones. I have never paid £20 for parking anywhere else, this was really steep for one night.
