I really liked that i was made to feel welcome straight away. The receptuon staff immediately advised me that i had a discount on room service and was apologetic that i had been put in a particular room. This was fine by me but I was offered free breakfast on both mirnings. All the staff were warm and kind and were willing to help uf needed. The food was good and i loved my room. Im definately going to stay again.

Very good trip but staffing levels and relatively recent changes in restaurant for breakfast resulted in no glasses nor cutlery being available and in fact or breakfast was cold by the time we had found cutlery, etc.

Best location

We loved it. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and the bed super comfortable. My only complaint is that I didn’t like the fact they wanted to add a service tip on our bill!! The new wave of service being added to everything is a bit too much given the cost of the hotel anyway. But putting that to one side, it’s an amazing hotel and certainly special!! PS the gym is small but well equipped.

Lovely stay, great views

Had just one night here for a theatre visit. The hotel has a lovely location on the river. We spent a bit more as we had a river view room which was totally worth it. Rooms were clean and comfy, staff friendly, and breakfast was superb.
