Why is that everytime when you book with expedia that they try to put you in a handicap room. Over and over again. The room price is ridiculous and not worth it. Pillows are bricks and the mattress only suitable for a fakir. The temperature in the hotel was 26 degrees celcius. So you will have to put on you summergesr once you enter the hotel.

Near tower bridge and crown tower 5-10 minutes walk . Cleanliness is good , need to change cover beddings .

Overall, a really nice place to stay in London. Transport is very close, grocery is close. For the hotel, it was clean, kitchen was well appointed, staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again with no question.

Great location. Lovely spacious rooms with great view on the Tower of London. If you wanted to base yourself there for a few days or more this is perfect with its little kitchenette and washer.

Excellent standard of accommodation.
We were very surprised at the standard of accommodation offered. Very roomy and had all the facilities we needed with a small kitchenette and dishwasher. Well kitted out and very comfortable, we would definitely use it again.

My Favourite City Overnight Stop
Ideal stay a short walk from the City, and very close to all the essentials for a short business trip: Tescos/Pret/Wetherspoons. Stay here regularly (weekly if price allows) and staff are always friendly, rooms spacious and comfortable. One of my favourite places to stay for work (Aldgate).

We had a great stay here! The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all facilities in excellent condition. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We’d definitely consider returning soon!
