This is an ideal place to stay before or after flying . I book-ended my holiday with stays before and after. On my return visit, I was upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the runway on an evening with a glorious October sunset. I just pulled the curtains back and watched the planes arriving every few minutes. Despite its proximity to the airport, this is a very well sound-proofed building and I had an excellent night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed.

We were only there for one night and the stay was a terific one. The staff was very helpful. One minor issue - the room service menu did not match what was actually available and I was told I needed to go to the front desk to register (?) the credit card I was going to use. I ended p getting takeout from the bar.

Lovely people here.
A nice property close to Heathrow. We arrived via taxi around 11 pm. The restaurant was closing but were kind enough to let us fill some take away boxes from the buffet without charge. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was well sorted with everything we needed and was clean. The doorway in our room was narrow, so watch that. Beds are comfy and have very comfortable linens. I wish we could have stayed longer but we had to rush out early in the morning for a flight.

Thhe 1st room had 2 twin beds that moved/shifted as you lay in the bed. 2nd room's lock on yhe door didn't work. The door had previously been pried open. Notsafe for a single female traveler under any circumstance. This room was directly across from the exit stairs.

It's perfect for the business traveler especially. The walk to the room was far with my heavy bag. Even though I am an elderly woman, no staff offered to assist me. A hair dryer in the room would have been nice. Overall, a fine stay - friendly staff who allowed me to check in early. Very comfortable room and very clean!

This is my preferred hotel when I travel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean and the location is right by a London bus stop to take you to the airport for £1.65.
