At first my Expedia reservation was found (made the day prior when realized we had an almost 11-hour layover) but there was some confusion, so we stepped into the Dining area for a bite to give time for it to be straightened out. Arbaz at the front desk did a fine job of getting things straightened out so we could get some sleep.

This was our 5 th year we have stayed here. Very close to the Heathrow airport. An excellent place to stay the night after a long flight. Perfect for getting a next day flight to other parts of Europe. Far from London city , around 50 minutes depending on traffic if you get a Bolt or taxi.

one of my favourite hotels at heathrow
very friendly staff. with fantastic breakfast. Slept very well Rooms could do with a bit of an update and put USB sockets by the bed. had a airport view and the noise of the aircraft was louder than expected.
