Pool 2 guys sitting in the table working in tjeir lap top in the pool and unfair they turned to be staffs and they were dressing casual in tje pool , i thought they were life safer but they weren't not, probably they were doing their homework. 😀 Breakfast in expedia where i booked and paid for the roomsaid Breakfast included ut when i went to the restaurant they declined me they said i have to pay.? They have a bar , it is very old bad furniture probably 50 years old i mean tables and chairs, bartender were busy talking to his people and he is not there to serve customers. They take 100 deposit for the room though i did not see it in expedia. Overall motels in Canada's are so bad they take your money but services are not good. Old in everything...Canada and Canadians deserve better services at least for their money that they pay.! I wounder how they let such motels operate? Is their inspection? I do not know? Though ramada still better than motel 6.!

This is one of the worst places I have stayed in. I had changed my booking from best western to this location as the advertised images create perception of a clean enviornment with a restuarant and bar. The photos are very false and the hotel is very poor. A lack or service of the rooms during my stay with an excuse of limiting environmental impact, which is an admirable goal if the room was even clean to start with. And at the least cleaning out trash and replacing coffee supply would be a minimum expectation.

Property was nice. Was told they did room service every 3 days. Went on on day 5 to ask for room to be cleaned. They did but I’m sure a 5 yr old could make a better bed. Also hallway should be vacuumed. Wasn’t vacuumed the whole week. side great location. Great breakfast and lounge had good deals and the waiter who has been there for 33 yrs was excellent. Would stay again

The room is very dated. The chairs are uncomfortable and feel unsafe. The carpet appears dirty giving a creepy vibe. The staff at the desk were not friendly during check in and when asked a question later re: a nearby kid-friendly restaurant they were very unhelpful. Seems quite overpriced for what it is. The pool area was nice for the kids. The Sunday breakfast cost for kids is WAY too high - we chose not to eat there. Difficult entry from Exeter Road - not well lit or signed. Likely won't choose this location again. Disappointing stay.

Fair for the price
Inside was nice/average and pool appeared well kept but exterior needs some work. Siding materials are starting to fall off so it made us hesitate when we were first pulling up.
