Nice & clean, staff where ok...
The shower needs a little update... A little worn out small bits of the wall.... Also tap water came out more then the tap itself.
Bedroom was perfect....
I rang for more toilet rolls they gave them straight away.
I asked for more pillows & they sorted it out straight away.
Very good service...
Not much different varieties in buffet.
It was ok but need more warm food, it would be great.
I had dinner it was good the amount of food.
Food was hot not bad for around £12.
A group of people came in and they got a judge of water & paper napkins but I wasn't offered any of this at all.
I know these people didn't ask for it as they walked very close to me & I could hear all that they where saying before they sat down & that is when the judge was placed on the table.
Do they just give water of judge to group's of people?.
There was white material napkins on the table but no good if your eating something red or orange.
Over all I give this hotel a 3 & a half star...
Anyway, this is my OPINION & advice white bed sheets isn't a good idea but the beds are very beautiful & super clean.
It's just if something happens specially if you have children & something is spilt or falls on the bed sheets by accident.
It's difficult to take out and alot of hard work.
I have stayed here many times over the years. Yes there could be some updates to the rooms. The linen is always spotless.. and bathrooms clean. The staff have always been very nice and helpful when needed.
I enjoy staying there.
Service was ok , coukd have been better, was never asked how mybstaybhad been when i checked out or butbreally nice young ladybwhen we checked in. however there was holes in the curtains, the showerhead had an large amount of calcium build up making the shower water go everywhere apart from in the shower. Old bits of hand rail still on the tiles,the matress was uncomfortable as it was way too soft the pillows were too hard. The tv had volume but one minute the music was loud but the speach was too low and no amount of fiddling with settings fixed it making watching any channel impossible. Picky moan now there was no pugs near the bed so someone can plug in there mobile phone or ipad it was on the other side of the room. We were offered a continental style breakfast as long as its cereal,toast or crossiant (anything cooked was extra and therefore you had to pay) bar closed at 11 so when we got back at 11.30 it was shut.
Had to pay for parking at £10 which is due to go to £15 we had to pay on the day not before online.
In reality the rooms need a overhaul considering the ease of getting into london as its nextvto a station it should be better.

Very sensitive place. You are only allowed to breath in the room. If you talk each other, you will get call from reception as neighbours complain.. may be sensitive thin walls. So if no speak or very quite whispering talk then you can stay.

Would have liked a longer bar service , bar food or at least a limited menu up to 12 pm . Only 2 towels in a family room .
Staff at the bar bad attitude they charged £4.50 for a pint of water and ljme cardial when questiond the waiter says its soft drink but its expensive for a shot of lime cordial vdry expdnsivd i will be drinking znd eating at yhe pub nxt door also continental breakfeast now charged at £6.00 this wS frer breKfast until thursday night

The staff gave away my phone charger to some random person.
We selected Savera as an ideal location to stay the night before an essential trip to Central London. Hotel was very comfortable, good value with helpful staff.
The hotel staff were happy for me to leave our car in the car park whilst we travelled to London the next morning from adjacent tube station, returning early to mid afternoon

Handy location for where we needed to be. Staff were lovely. Let’s be honest - it’s a tired hotel. The mattress was waaay past it’s used by date. The lift wasn’t going to win the Olympics either. The breakfast however was adequate for a continental and the woman as the host was a delight. Please pass on our gratitude.
All in all a pleasant enough stay for our needs.
