Parking Hell,even with 500 spaces.
Having stayed at this Hotel on numerous occasions,everything was as normal at first.Usual nice spacious room,and good facilities.But on this occasion the Hotel parking was a nightmare.This car park supposed to have 500 spaces,but there wasn’t one to be found,with Cars being parked here ,there,and everywhere.I think they have turned it into a mini Airparks,or Jetparks,with most of the Cars not moving at all for the whole week of my stay.Never had it like that before on previous stays,so will be avoiding Redisson Red in future!

The parking and check in was diabolical and that’s being nice!!!!! Searched the car park for over an hour to find a space then to wait 45 mins to get checked in doing the experience really stressful with a newborn baby after a very long journey. Only bonus was the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy.

We had to change rooms due to a strong smell from the bathroom which was quite unpleasant upon arrival - it then took lots of back and forth to reception to change rooms. Other than that, restaurants are,.hotel is in good condition, breakfast was good and very close to airport.

We stayed in the family room with bid bed. . The room is big and clean. The staff were friendly. Everyone we met was helpful. The airport view however is not clear. Maybe because we have got a lower floor. The room decoration is dark style, which feels quieter for sleeping. The room can be improved with a makeup mirror in the bathroom.
