Decent space, lovely bathroom, average bedroom and furniture. Not soundproof as could hear motorway next by. Iron without steam capabilities was annoying. Parking was quite haphazard and not enough space to be honest. Mostly cordial and friendly staff.

Really very good at a decent price. The coffee and tea facilities left a little to be desired in the room. Measly amount of milk and coffee machine hard to use. Most places provide a free biscuit or two but not here. Staff seemed a bit muddled at times in the bar. And on a quiet Wednesday evening we asked to sit and look at the view with a drink and were refused. So silly when we were the only people there.

Front of house staff were excellent, warm friendly and actively searched solutions. It would have been nice to be offered help with my luggage since I was on crutches after having surgery, but that was not offered. The morning breakfast was as horrendous. The staff ignored me, were rude, took away my menu before I could order. People around me were offered coffee and I was not. I had to hop around on my crutches and basically beg to be served. I then had to leave before receiving my (prepaid!) breakfast because it took so long. The room size was good and the bath excellent. Unfortunately the room air was stuffy as hell and I just needed to be able to crack a window. The next day I woke up horribly congested and feeling unwell. For the service provided this was horribly overpriced and I recommend that you stay elsewhere.

The lobby and the restaurant in the hotel were very well kept and modern. The double room was a good size and had all of the amenities you'd need as well as a safe and fridge
