A better than average Heathrow Airport hotel. Rooms are relatively are though not a lot of decoration. Bed was good if you like on the first side.

Close to airport but that's all

While the lobby was beautiful, the room looked like it hadn't been renovated in 20+ years. Carpet was old and dingy and furniture was dated. In the room, there was also a permanent photo artwork which included a women with breasts exposed - very inappropriate especially for families with young children. Not at all necessary to include this type of photography in the room. While the shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes from the airport, it didn't. We had to wait 1 hour before it arrived. Also, while we thought it was included in our stay, it wasn't We had to pay 13 pounds for 2 people one way. We took an Uber the next morning so we didn't have to deal with the shuttle again.

Arrived late (11.00pm) after a flight so just wanted a good nights sleep. Both the room and corridor (3rd floor) smelly heavily of fried / takeaway food, and air con in room was very noisy. When i checked out and was asked how my stay was and i answered, the staff member just shrugged her shoulders and wished me a good day. Morale of the story...stay at the Hyatt as its very good, not here that all felt past its use by date.

Great check in. As repeat user and space in hotel got upgrade room plus vouchers for free drink. The new restaurant - Skyway brasserie is excellent and great replacement to burger and lobster. Greatl location for Heathrow. £17 in an uber noting they have to pay £6 drop off from that. Complimentary bus was available later but we left at 4:15 am
