The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were amazing, breakfast was 1 of the best ive had in all the hotels ive stayed in, the only thing that let the trip down was the noise outside at night, didnt have a good night sleep for the 2 nights we were there, the sound of sirens the whole night, it never stopped, we were on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel. I would def stay again but would definitely request a room at the back of the hotel. Excellent location to warren street tube station

Clean, good location everything else disappointing

Positives: Hotel is well located and clean. Staff are pleasant. Negatives: hotel is dated in terms of decor and features. Gym is equipment appears circa 15 years old and is poorly equiped. My third floor room appears to be above the staff/ supplier entrance. Noise of staff moving equipment past 11:30 pm on to start again with what sounded like delivery staff at 05:23. Room small and whilst spotlessly clean was very dated and not particularly comfortable. As someone who stays in hotels circa 100 nights a year this was one of the worst stays.

I booked 4 nights at this property for my solo trip to London. The staff I encountered were kind, but I ended up rebooking a different hotel on my first night. I feel the pictures of the property were very misleading. The hotel is very outdated, my room would not cool down, the tv wouldn’t work properly, and it overall just felt dark, dated, and not comfortable. Thankfully, I had the means to rebook a hotel, knowing I wouldn’t be refunded for this reservation. I ended up switching to CitizenM Victoria Station and absolutely loved it.

Definitely not your usual Radisson Blu hotel. Very tired looking hotel. Moved room from second to five floor to try to escape the regular loud rumble from tube trains. It was better on the fifth floor and I did appreciate it was a room upgrade but it was in the eaves so only one absolutely tiny window and restricted ceiling height areas. Room was too hot despite setting thermostat on a low setting. One night only thank G-d.
