Great Place to Stay At.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. The hotel is centrally located. Lots of dinning options close by. The supermarket across the street has reasonable prices to get snacks.

Radisson Blue Hotel Review

I have stayed at Raddison Blu hotels before, and I have been impressed by the cleanliness. However, on this occasion I was disappointed given the amount I had paid for it. The carpets were dirty and marked which have clearly been neglected for a long period of time. The bath was marked and dirty. There were only two pillows and no extras in the wardrobes. This ultimately ruined our stay as the room did not feel clean and fresh

The room was very dated with stains all over the carpet. The lock on the door did not lock and the shower did not work. I was too tired to raise this so just used the bath which was not ideal.

Fantastic stay! Every member of staff was polite, friendly and so helpful! Special mention to Mani who was great during breakfast. The location is wonderful, right on the northern line so easy to get to from Waterloo and only a 2min walk once you get off. Was very impressed and hope to stay again in the future.

Rooms are decent. Staff good, heating attention.

Stayed twice in 2 weeks. Easy checkin experience, polite staff. Rooms are a good size, good charging points both plugs and USBs. good bathroom. The issue we had on our second stay was the cold - maintenance cranked the temp to 31.5 but the room got colder. The staff were good in proving a heater which helped a little. Could do with a refurb of the heating system/A/C which would probably be challenging given the age of the building etc. otherwise we would definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer, not one for the winter times.

My wife and I arrived in London on a red eye and reached the hotel before actual check in time. We were exhausted. Luis, the gentleman behind the front desk, accommodated our early arrival and had a room prepared for us soon after we arrive. In addition, as a gift to us for our anniversary, Luis gave us breakfast for the morning of our chosing during our stay. Amazing customer service. He helped make this a trip we will never forget
