Great room, comfortable bed, including sheets and pillows. Great room, like the separate bedroom area from the livingroom, kitchenette etc. The Comfort Suite team members were all friendly amd helpfully.
Free breakfast was also good.
We highly recommend the Comfort Suite Inn in London On. We were quickly checked in by a professional and polite lady on arrival. Our suite was roomy, immaculate and the beds and pillows were fabulous. I had eye surgery at a London hospital and since our commute from home was 2 hrs, we stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites overnight. Upon checking out, I met Jason who went above the call of duty to prepare a 2nd nights stay for us 2 days later, in the same room as I required a 2nd eye surgery. We had to leave before 5am for the hospital and the gentleman at the desk made sure to stock us up with breakfast to go bags. Although we didn't get his name, his kindness was so appreciated during a stressful time. This was our home away from home this week. Whether you are a couple or family, the suites provide everything needed with close access to shops and restaurants.
The hotel itself is very good. However the room which I was originally given had an extremely loud fan. When I notified them of the issue, I give full credit to the front desk when they upgraded me to a larger and very quiet room!
