Bright and clean, Undergoing modernisation (I think to set up a breakfast restaurant). Bit of a walk from Canary Wharf. Adjacent to a Wetherspoons. Smallish room, great for a short stay.
Decent size room for London. Only stayed for one night so didn’t really use any facilities other than the bed. Bed was comfortable and location was great within a few minutes walk of restaurants, bars and the tube station. Ideal for anyone staying in London.
Really great one night stay. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.
We had room 206 which at the moment overlooks the work going on at the side of the hotel, but as we were there over Easter, we weren’t affected by any noise.
The room was small but had everything you need for a short stay and they’d really thought about making the most of the space, with foldaway tables and a chair.
There were plenty of sockets with USB points and an excellent aircon unit. Very comfortable bed.
All in all, we’d be happy to stay here again.
While the rooms in the second building are brand new and spotlessly clean, they are very small - no closet, no dresser (6 hangers 3 wall buttons to hang them from). Very compact bathroom. This is student-level accommodation and would suit budget travellers that want to access everything Canary Wharf has to offer.

Great location. Currently under renovation, though it is being managed well and didn’t impact our stay. Staff were lovely and welcoming. However our bathroom was dirty - the shower hadn’t been cleaned and the lights in the room didn’t work properly - unable to change the settings etc. the rest of the room was nice and clean however and bed is quite comfortable. Location really can’t be beat if you’d like to stay in Canary Wharf.
Pretty good and the location alone makes it worthwhile, with the cost per night also amazing!
Staff were lovely at 11pm at night. I got an upfront warning that there will be some building work 'early' at 8:30am, and they did start a little later!
Fully air conditioned room, with a nice comfortable double bed. I will say that if you are not solo/couple don't bother with the double room as it is relatively tiny, get a family room if available.
Overall, for the money as well, will absolutely stay here instead of a Travelodge or a Premier Inn, if the price was the same or less. If it was more expensive, I would probably consider if it was the summer as the room had air conditioning!
Suji and Paul were incredibly nice and welcoming. It was great to have them welcome us with smiles and kindness at the end of a long day!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s really good value. Lower ground room had plumbing noises from above but only noticeable when occupants were utilising the facilities.
First Room toilet wasnt working, to the credit of the staff they allowed us to swap rooms no questions asked without faffing about with a plumber. Unfortunately the fact that the fire alarm was going off between 3:30am - 6am in short bursts. Given that I have not been burned to a crisp this must be some alarm system fault that they need to get sorted ASAP.
