I've stayed here on several occasions over the years and enjoy the proximity to Kings Cross. The rooms are small but comfortable & the breakfast selections are good. They charge 15 GBP now for early check in and another fee for holding your luggage. Most hotels allow you to check in a little early without charge and hold your luggage as a courtesy. There are no tea/coffee/hot water pots in these rooms. Hotels are expensive in London so I will probably find another place that doesn't add these extra fees.

Great location.. within minutes of st. Pancras. Hopped on to Thameslink from Gatwick and was in the hotel rather quickly. Nice location for visiting the British museum. We spent few days and even walked to all of London's attractions.The breakfast was great and staff friendly

My toilet didn’t work , no water for flush . Ask the receptionese to fix but they ask us to use the toilet on ground floor since weekend , they dónt have nobody fix it . We moved out next morning . Bed very hard , tiny room only good point for this hotel is breakfast very good .

Basic but well-thought out and everything felt nice and new. Easy check in. Quiet, felt secure. Free coffee/tea from machines in the lobby. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a short stay. Wouldn't be great for a long stay as the room is small and there's not much storage/wardrobe space, but great for occasional 1 or 2-nighter.

Great budget hotel, 5 mins from Kings Cross

Great hotel in a good location. The only downside is the road noise, but this is to be expected in London. Breakfast is continental so nothing hot but it’s fine for on the go. Fruit / pastries / cereal / yoghurt
