Shouldn't charge for baggage guarded

The hotel charged us £6 per each baggage after check out. When we came back from Cambridge we stood at a different hotel and they didn't charge us at all.

Great experience as soon as i walked through the door. Welcomed with a smile and very polite. Rooms are very clean & modern, bed is extremely comfy. Highly recommend and would stay again for a solo businesss trip.
