The rooms and halls are dark. I’ve stayed at this hotel many nights because of its location. They would not take cash when I decided to stay extra nights. My credit card had been stolen in Paris so I only had cash. It was a huge hassle to sort it out. The rooms are good. Nice bedding, comfortable bed, a safe, a fridge and the supplies for coffee. The staff is fantastic. Helpful and friendly. USB ports by the bed would be helpful and it would be nice to have a clock in the room. The bathroom is great with super luxurious bath towels. The executive lounge is sublime. Great view of Big Ben. Very classy, with very good staff. It’s a bit pricey if you’re not going to be there for breakfast, tea and evening appetizers. Or if you’re not a drinker. Their drink selection is good. In fact , the location and the lounge are the main reason I always stay there even though it’s pretty expensive, especially for a retired Canadian given that the conversion to Canadian dollars is more than double.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in a prime location just a stone's throw from iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye, this hotel offers both convenience and comfort in the heart of the city.

Hotel is well situated for tourism, but I might have preferred an area with more of a neighborhood feel. Our original room was an interior room and it was so dark that I couldn't even read with the lights on, so I had to upgrade to an exterior room. The room was nice and comfortable and spacious, but the decor was a little strange for my taste. I agreed to have housekeeping only come once every three days which I regretted as when they did come they did not leave enough towels, toilet paper or kleenex to get us through the rest of our stay, so I had to call for these items. Service at the coffee shop and bar was very good.

Very close to popular attractions. The room was nice, but there was lotion smeared on the door, the hand soap was not refilled, and the shower had lotion in it instead of soap. The door handle on the bathroom was busted and the lights did not work well. Otherwise, the room was pretty good. Only stayed one night so all of that was manageable.

The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly. The rooms were average and could have used a deep clean especially for a high level hotel. The perfume in the lobby was also a little strong. Convenient to most tourist spots though and great views.
