Lovely hotel, perfect location. Very comfortable bed and being able to cast to the TV from your phone is a bonus. The staff unfortunately did not have many recommendations for when asked about food but this is minor. Over all a brill stay and would definitely return

Woken up by housekeeping entering the room at 8am
First of all my room overlooked other rooms so you have to keep window curtains shut the whole time. Beds comfy and I was looking forward to a nice sleep but my room was entered at 8am by housekeeping who turned on the light and announced there arrival! For £350 I’d expect not be be woken and have my room entered.. surely they know who has checked out Terrible

No outside window
Upon check in, found out that the superior rooms did not have an exterior window. Luckily, our room’s window overlooked a type of lounge with plants which did have windows so we were able to see outside and get light through those windows so it was fine. I would not have been happy with a window that was against a wall.

Just checked in after a long trip from the US and I couldn't be happier. The doorman greeted us and carried my two little girls bags to the front desk. Farnoosh at the front desk was able to get us early check in, which I very much appreciate it after an overnight flight. I'm incredibly pleased with the overall experience, friendly customer service, and wonderful room. It's located conveniently close to all the touristy things like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. You could get lucky enough with a room that has a view of the London eye. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to London.

Central hotel near everything you need to get to many attractions and tours. Public transport and the underground tube was fantastic! Trains to the nearby airports were convenient too. Loved the abundance of restaurants and shopping around as well.
