Large property right off Westminster Bridge near the River Thames and "Big Ben". There is a pool BUT YOU MUST RESERVE a 30 minute window to use. Super disappointed as this was literally the only reason this hotel was chosen and not another location. Dark interior. Breakfast is extra. A small sushi restaurant is located inside. Large lobby area.

At one end of the Westminster Bridge. Many historic places to see within easy walking distance.
Comfortable bed with great views from room.
Looking out through atrium windows with mirrors on the left side gives interesting perspective.

If you like being at the center of everything then this is a great choice. We could see Big Ben from almost anywhere in the hotel. With that said, the rooms felt especially dark. We were in one of the internal rooms that faced an atrium and we couldn't have the windows open because they directly faced other windows. Zero privacy. Which was a bummer because if the windows could be open we could see Big Ben from the room. The hotel is so big it takes 10 minutes to take the elevator. There was a coffee shop and bar in the hotel which was great. But, the pool was highly limited. We have a 6 year old and she was only able to swim 30 minutes per day and you could not book the day of, it had to be in advance which is hard to do with planning. All in all, it was fine. We would choose to stay somewhere else in the future, though.

Everything was good at the property except one thing, the room we had booked was in the back where sunlight was non-existent in the room which was a bummer. Despite booking a relatively decent priced room, we were still in the back which wasn't fun. The hotel itself is amazing, great location.

We arrived after a delayed flight and they couldn't find our reservation but the room was nice. I was expecting a better view and the terrace was locked so we couldn't access the balcony, but we liked the location and the rooms were comfortable.

Great location. Had an issue in the middle of the night with a circuit breaker tripping and killing power to our room. Had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get maintenence to fix it at 1:30am, phone in room was not working. Very clean, nice hotel. Bar was not great, very obnoxious waitress. Going back to London next year, probably will not stay there.

This is a Raddison owned property and as an American we are used to larger accommodations in hotels. This Hotel was very roomy and felt like higher end hotels in the USA. We will definitely stay here again. Also the sushi restaurant inside the hotel was very good.

Review Worst hotel I’ve stayed for customer service. Check in took over 20 minutes, room was missing amenities and had to request them twice before it was supplied, room was not serviced and then they tried to clean around us when they were notified, hall and lift was dirty with food and room service trays left out. When I raised the issues with the hotel, they simply told me the “time they service rooms was up to 7pm” rather then acknowledging and acting on the issue. Towels change had to be requested on day 2, bins weren’t emptied…it was an unacceptable level of service. I’ve stayed in hostels with better service. Appalling for a supposedly high class hotel.
