Hotel itself was lovely, great location. Regarding facilities, there is a sign that said the bar is open on Saturdays until 00:00. We returned early from our night to have a drink in the hotel, returned around 22:30 and the bar was closed. We were not given any explanation for why this was the case when we asked and the staff member was quite rude about it. We raised it at reception when checking out the following morning who said they will get in touch with us. I am still waiting for contact but the receptionist was lovely. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

We were given a room on the ground floor with a non-view of the back of the building next door. I asked to change rooms and was told they were sold out and not possible. I checked online and rooms were available. I suspect those of us who use Orbitz/Expedia receive the worst rooms in the hotel as chain like Radisson gives preferences to those who book directly. The Bar and Restaurant close at 10:00pm and the all night menu is extremely limited. No face cloths, robes or shower gel was provided. One has to scan a code for information about services, etc as no welcome book is provided. This is a hotel that operates for the convenance of the hotel chain and not its customers- never again.

Check in: When I checked in the room wasn’t ready, which wasn’t a problem for me. I left my luggage and came back an hour later…but then had to do the check in routine all over again! Room: The room on the 3rd floor with floor to ceiling windows had a wonderful :) view on container units that were almost within reach. The room itself was pretty much okay, clean as well; waterfall shower wasn’t really powerful, Breakfast: Good Location: across the street of Lambeth North station, 8 minutes walk to the Westminster Bridge, 11 minutes to Southbank Center

Very friendly staff, especially Ahmed from the pool area very nice to meet him made us feel very welcome. Loved our room and the view, thanks for the upgrade much appreciated. There are several Park Plazas in this area so make sure you go to the correct one. Lower Marsh road has lovely restaurants, cafes a five minute walk. Great family run Italian restaurant, Cotto, a two minute walk. The only negative is the perfume smell in the lobby any one with asthma this is a bit strong.

Perfect London base.
Weekend trip to London. Hotel is a perfect base. Very close to Lambeth North tube so easy access to central London. Locally there is a good pub across the street, close to Old Vic and Imperial War museum. South Bank and Southwark easy walking distance. Have used previously and will likely again.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was fab, decor was good however bathroom looked tired and water pressure in shower wasn’t good. Didn’t enjoy the walk there I would recommend getting the taxi there.

I’ve stayed there twice before, and the room I got this time was awful. For the price you pay and the location and luxury… the bathroom was not clean, and the shower water flooded the entrance carpet because it was simply overflowing. The bed sheets were showing stains, the floor was sticky near the couch area, middle way the room, the fridge was empty. It’s like it was forgotten… but I got it because it was the only thing left. Will likely not staying there again as it’s really not cheap to stay for a night and became a hit and miss then…
