We were very happy as soon as we walked into the hotel. We were greeted straight away by a member of staff who helped us book in. Everyone working there were very polite, friendly and helpful. We are already thinking about when to come back.

Overall stay is good except for the first night we didn’t have electricity in the room. We were so tired from traveling that we waited till early am to check with hotel. It was a problem with the circuit breaker. We were moved to a different bigger room so all is well. Didn’t like the smell of the hotel lobby. Breakfast is good. Water bottles provided every day.

Being our first time in London and travelling alone with my 12 year old daughter this hotel was great! A 2 minute walk to Lament North subway which can get you to most attractions! It’s less busy than the more central subways so easy to get on and off and so much less stressful when trying to figure things out for the first time. Coffee shop and restaurant right across the street as well as a tesco express. Mini fridge and ice maker available at the hotel. Also very central for walking as well - about 20-30 min walk will get you to the London eye, Big Ben areas. Initially when we first arrived I was a bit nervous as it didn’t seem like there was much around - but honestly a few minute walk away and you are basically in the Center of London - so the calm is great!
