I didn’t like that we didn’t get room service until the 4th day so we didn’t get fresh towels and were leaving on the 5th so it defeated the purpose of them coming on the fourth. Our room was also so hidden towards the back it felt like a maze to get there. Lastly when we got there we were told no rooms were available which is fine since we were early for check in but a group that’s came after us received their room. Besides that the hotel is nice and clean and it’s a good location

This place was great! The staff were superb and friendly! They really deserved their stars for hospitality. The rooms were clean and really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good too. Walking distance to a lot of iconic scenes.

Friendly staff

I stayed on the 9th floor and the only issues were the shower not draining so flooded the bathroom, and noisy neighbours on one of the nights. Clean and comfortable rooms though, with super friendly staff.
