This was a great property. They accommodated me and even upgraded to Big Ben view. The only downside is off site parking, but they have recommendations for the same.

Great for families❤️

The stay is always good for families. We had a good river view room which the children appreciated. The staff are always helpful and we go back to this hotel often as it’s comforting to know the accommodation is lovely.

I wasn’t impressed with the view from my room - it faced another building, and although I opted for the eco-friendly option of not having my room cleaned every day I came in a couple of times and it had been done, also one evening someone knocked on my door and asked if I wanted cleaning. The door key on my phone didn’t work and I had issues with the cord for the blow dryer not being long enough to see yourself in the mirror when doing your hair. That being said the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, I would definitely go back.

fantastic hotel, all you need.

we stayed here for 2 nights with our 8 yr old boy who didnt want to leave. a fantastic hotel who's staff are brilliant, they cant do enough for you. we will definitely come back a short walk to Vauxhall underground or a lovely walk along the thames to Westminster taking in the sights of big ben and houses of Parliament. hotel has a pool and spa which we used and couldnt recommend more. can't wait to come back!!!

Great Hotel in Good location

From walkingbin the hotel look really good, but the staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel trying to oush better use of resources is good and what all should do. The breakfast was also greatnfornadults and kids ready for a day exploring and only a short walk from Vauxhall station made for an enjoyable stay.
