I liked the place but the bathroom needs to be bleach up everyday! We stay for 1 week I never smell bleach in the room. The bathroom had pink and black mold bacteria growing and to complete I GOT SICK IN THIS HOTEL. The batroom or bed sheets where contaminated. It give me ringworm fungus I was treated for months I never had such of experience. The staff was nice but it got a bit annoying after getting asked more than 3 time to identify your self to be able to go to your room!! When checking in was terrible my husband planned a romantic package for me and the guy at check in mentioned it in front of me he didn't care that it was going to be a surprise he ruined it and the package was incomplete it was supposed to have balloons and roses. Don't get packages with this people terrible idea. Therefore, my husband was trying to pay the package with cash just because it was going to be a surprise for my birthday the guy made a face on us and told us we don't use cash here or around here that was sooo disrespectful and out of place because at the end of the day we ended up paying everywhere we went with cash including the restaurants in the hotel! The room was Quiet and had a nice view. But I won't recommend it if they have personal like that one. My surprise was ruined and I got ringworm how nasty it is! Gave us such of hard time when we asked for the roses or the balloons that were missing. They didn't returned half of the money. Never staying here again‼️

I loved the location, close to most major attractions some even walkable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Had 1 minor incident with room service some groceries I had bought were either thrown out or stolen. Apart from that I loved everything else about this hotel. I reported the incident- hopefully they will have that staff removed.

Amazing staff… Rama at reception and the door bell on our way out, such a wonderful man, we were late and we asked him for a ride to airport, he was comforting and able to get us a driver on time and helped with baggage. I wish I had the time to give him at least a thank you tip.

This was close to the Waterloo train and tube station. One block from the River Thames. We got upgraded , the suite was well equipped. Plenty of room to move around. Impressed it had a full tub and shower.

We had a quick trip to London. The location was great to walk into central London. The room was spacious, very clean and had a great view of the London Eye. Service in the hotel was fast and efficient, even a late night room service request was super fast!

We are very happy we stayed at this hotel. No wonder uber drivers compliment us as to where we are staying for our vacation but the only dilemma is whenever we take the uber we have to cross the street due to the hotel location is opposite direction so we get picked up at the park plaza hotel. But almost all the tourist spot is walkable from the hotel, convenient store, starbucks & train station. We celebrated our daughter’s bday & had dinner at the restaurant, i want to thank our Kababayan “Jeffrey” and the rest of the staff & chef who went out of their way for some of the menu items (My father in-law was cold and asking for a soup, and my 8 y/o daughter who eats plain chicken wings) that is not available at the time but was able to serve it to us. Jeffrey is very attentive to all of the customers not just to us, He is friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend this place with clean & spacious room, gym is nice with sauna & steam rm. is a plus, me and my husband enjoyed it. We will booked in their hotels on our next vacation trip.
