This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was close to many dining and shopping options. The hotel itself was quiet so I had a good sleep. I loved being able to walk to Paddington tube station!

Sadly we were quite disappointed in this location. The room was incredibly small, the duvet was stained, they did not change sheets nor make bed in the 3 nights we were there and we asked for new towels & even though they brought them, they left all of the dirty wet towels on the floor and did not take them away. We felt like we were bothering the staff.

We arrived at 2:45 in the afternoon and were informed that we would have to wait 15 minutes in order to receive our room at check-in time which was 3 PM. We sit down in the lobby waiting. At 2:50 PM a number of other people entered, were registered and received their room keys before 3 PM. I had to stand up at the counter to get the attention of the attendant to register and get into our room Too much rigidity.

Great location

The properties in an outstanding location short walk to Paddington Station where you can connect to trains and buses that will take you all over London. However, this is an old property. There are no lifts in the main lobby and there are steps that you have to negotiate. The rooms are tiny! I’m talking tiny even for the UK and Europe. The pictures from the outside are a bit deceiving. There are no fancy amenities other than a small coffee shop and a patio.

I've never made it to London because of the fire. Ever since I am trying to contact the hotel regarding a refund but no replay to my various messages. Not even Expedia are getting back to me even though they promised to sort this out for me. As a regular customer at this hotel I am very very disappointed.
