80% to being perfect.

Check in was good, room requests good, no kettle or fridge in the room but hot water and complimentary instant tea, coffee and hot chocolate on each level. I'd say the room is 85 percent there, boxing in around the window blinds would create a perfect black out, dimmerable lighting and a lamp would be ideal. Aircon was randomly noisy. The usual bright flashing smoke detectors and emergency lighting. The check out process was good; didn't check out breakfast or bar but looks nice. For the price point, great hotel nothing stand out.

Overall a good stay. Felt the bar area could have been cleaner - quite a few staff were on but all tables had empty glasses and I didn’t feel staff were that friendly. Breakfast was nice. Room as expected and bed very comfy. Hotel close to tube station and fairly central. Reception staff helpful.
