Room was very nice, and the restaurant/bar was fine. But the entrance with all the construction was pretty terrible. Hopefully they get that done very very soon.

We were absolutely okay with this stay. The price was good for what we received. The room was clean and the housekeeping was good. The bed and the pillows were a delight! We had a room right next to the tracks, so it was really loud during the night, but it stopped for the weekend. There was a lot of wind coming through the window and the heater wasnโ€™t manageable in the room. It was a little cold, but also not too cold and the blanket was thick and warm. The location is right outside Stamford bridge stadium. There was no soccer game, so it was quiet except the train. The underground is a 6 min walk away and a lot of busses are stopping right outside the hotel. We didnโ€™t have any contact with the staff except the check in. The guy checking us in was not what I would have expected. He wasnโ€™t overly polite and burped loudly while checking us in. All in all a totally okay stay for the money we spent. We would do it again for the right price.

Expected to be staying within the main hotel, but were moved to the side building upon check in. The room overall is outdated and could do with an immediate revamp. Bring your own hairdryer as the one supplied isnโ€™t great. Two of the three nights there was noise outside the bedroom window which made getting to sleep difficult. There is easy access to shops & food options within walking distance of the hotel. It isnโ€™t also close to a couple stations. The key card for lighting in the room worked well on some occasions & others it took some time to switch off or on. The number for room service on both the phone and leaflet within the room doesnโ€™t work. Had to call reception where it took a few minutes for an answer there also. Once the order was placed the food arrived quickly and was okay standard. We didnโ€™t have breakfast on either of our mornings as previous reviews hadnโ€™t rated it so well. London isnโ€™t somewhere we would rush back to personally.

Disappointed

The room was lovely but could have been cleaner. There was a crisp on the floor. There also was what looked like yogurt had been spilled over the curtains. We were unable to turn out the main light and had to pull the card out to turn off. This meant the when going to the toilet in the night we could not turn the light on without having the lights on and waking everyone up. The lights itself was very dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. Food is not very good and was similar to what you would get if you was sat in the stands. Exepected more to be honest... Great hotel, if yoiu do stay, would recommend eating outside of hotel.
