The hotel is conveniently close to the big ben. 1 time in london, it was a little confusing getying tickrts on Élisabeth line. I believed i pay more than i needed anyway from the airport to the hotel it takes one hour. Now the hotel rooms do not have phone to communicate to get service, housekeeping do not service every day. That's very bad . Im not sure Ill stay again on this hotel.

Second time staying at Marlin Waterloo. Appreciated the room upgrade. More spacious than many other accommodations in London. The aircon in the room is great unlike others. Easy to get around with buses and tube station nearby. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who comes to London.
