The staff were friendly and helpful, in ideal location next to tube station, aswell shop. Room was plenty of space, and clean. It was good value for money. I
I was surprised to be asked for a £100 deposit and then asked to walk up the road to another hotel. In that hotel, in the room I was allocated, there was no hot water and so I to move rooms. All at 11pm.

3 bed rooms, convemient and cost effective.
No seats at the reception. No outside bathroom or waiting area. After check out, they don't care much. I think making that belogingness feeling is to an extend important. I missed that. Or else worth for the money paid
When i arrived it was like i was someone they didn't like ( a very Rude man greeted me) . First thing i had to do is provide photo I.D then pay for my 2 night stay in full Plus £100 deposit for the 2 nights . Then they told me no room for parking so had to go down the road to park at a different hotel ( IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD OF STAYED AT THE OTHER HOTEL )the first night the fire alarm went off at 12.30 am . For 1/2 A hour .No apologies nothing . Wifi was rubbish ended up turning it off and using mobile network . Then to top it all off went down for advertised breakfast to some old bread with no butter or cultery .it was a disaster
Do Nốt Stay at this Hotel, Avoid At All Cost!
- I paid continental bfast but non provided, I requested a refund but refused by hotels(dot)com.
- Too noisy
- 11am the checkout time but cleaners knocking at my door at 9:30am
- Staffs are arguing infront of customers
- TV not working
- Room is very cold, no heater working
Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail.
Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces!
Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!!
On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

£100 pre authorised payment asked at hotel but £50 on the email I received. They took £100. Staff seem rude and unhappy which is not a great vibe . You end up just ignoring them on reception because of this. Breakfast is non existent. Meant to be continental . Paid £50 a room which is about right. Wouldn’t want to pay any more than this

I booked with this Hotel but they sent me to Best Western... I paid with Continental Breakfast but when i got my slip it as no breakfast i even show the reception that stated in my booking...This twice already happened to me so avoid this 2 hotels at all cost. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
