I stayed in the Hotel for one night with my wife and two over 10 children.
When we arrived, staff were polite and advised us if we needed anything else to contact them without hesitation.
All the hotels i have stayed in, not once have i been told this, which was a nice suprise.
The only issues i had was the room was too hot for me this could have been because we were on the 8th floor and had 7 floors of heat rising upwards. But when we went to adjust the radiator thermostat seemed to not want to operate.
The duvet felt too thin, the pillows werent very thick. Maybe just too use to the ones at home.
A stain on the carpeted floor between the beds on the floor.
We were on the 8th floor, both lifts were in working order, which was great and a great sign of them being in good working order.
I found the flooring on the 8th floor was very noisy and creaky under foot and also in the room. Felt conscious about walking around to go from the room, down the stairs to go outside for a cigarette as left the room card in the room to keep the lights on for the family to have lights on.
All in all, for the price and experience, i was happy.
