Spacious- but not clean
Room incredibly spacious for central London and quite modern with coffee, water, and other snacks available. Bed was very comfortable and was a true king. Tiny shower though, could hardly move without water Splashing on to the bathroom floor. The biggest issue however was cleanliness. Room was not cleaned at all, all was done were the beds and bathroom. Counter tops not cleaned, nightstands were very dusty and no vacuuming. For the price paid, this should’ve been a must

What I liked was the room and restaurant for breakfast as well as the food qas really enjoyable. The spa was really clean and spacious. My partner and I wished we had another day. We will definitely return.

Second time at this hotel and cant fault a thing. Beautiful hotel and perfectly located. The only reason for the 4* review is that the cooked breakfast items were stone cold which was a little disappointing.

So me and my partner had a couple issues I asked if I would be able to book in a massage and I was told I can book when I get there on my arrival I was told again. I go downstairs and book but when we did go downstairs they said I should have book as soon as possible at least a week in advance and they were fully booked up . Secondly we left our room early this morning at 9am and when we came back around 3-4 someone was still in the room cleaning and then we left went downstairs and came back but the room wasn’t cleaned properly seems it was rushed. After me and my partner went to pool, sauna and steam room late around 6pm and woke up the next morning both feeling extremely sick we have now gone to the doctors and found out we have a viral infection that has caused our tonsils to flare up . Also strong our stay there was a black out . It was a nice place but too many things happened during our stay so we aren’t happy with the experience

The hotel was lovely however, I had a member of staff enter my room after I had checked in, to check the fridge. I was travelling alone so I found this initially unnerving and unnecessary. If checks haven’t been done before check in, they should contact their guests first!
