The property and staff were great! We were early and they were able to get us a room on arrival. Property was clean. It was a bit noisy on occasion while trying to sleep. But still was an enjoyable visit!

Great location
Great location, perfect for all the main city attractions. Friendly welcome from reception, room comfortable- only downside was it was noisy as we were on the first floor and sleep with windows open. As we were only there 2 nights we didn’t bother to ask to be moved. Nice Rhubarb and custard sweets in reception!

The front desk staff was not friendly, they charged me early check-in, without giving me any options, I feel like it's a scam, anyway they can't rent the room to anyone else, the bathroom in room (206), at least to the eye, is disgusting, the tiles are stained with dirt,

The property was very nice and welcoming. It is very close to the monorail making it easy to get around London. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast at Leo's is AWESOME! Property is steps away from Tower Bridge and historic castle. Only downside, no parking. We had a rental car and used a parking site 10 minute walk from property.
