Repeat customer. I found this time that check-in, although done online, was very long. The lifts being out of service was a major detractor. Many people, like ourselves, were roaming around with luggage up and down staircases because directions were not clear. I would definitely check on that before staying again. It was late and we didn’t want to have to wait for our luggage to be delivered. Bad move!

If looking for a hotel close to Heathrow this one is good. Rooms are a good size and even with a room facing the airport you can barely hear the planes; however, you might here adjoining rooms. Limited dining options near by; but, just use a delivery app if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

It was an average experience. The rooms needed a bit of renovation! The wall in our room the paint was chipped. I personally didn’t like the carpet in the room. The bathroom was a decent space and the shower was good. The bar and restaurant on site was pretty good. They had a variety of food options. We had a great waiter each night we went.

very close to the airport!!

Great location for an overnight stay near London Heathrow. My biggest complaint is I chose this location because the price was right and it was close to the airport as well as it offered an airport shuttle. My complaints specifically is on the website you can find information on everything except for the shuttle. They do mention that the shuttle is 6 pounds each way but there is no information on where the shuttle picks up from the airport to the hotel so I had to pay extra money for the Uber. If I would’ve known that I would’ve paid to stay at the airport for their airport hotels that you can walk to. The money that I ended up spending on Uber is the same amount of money I would’ve paid and I just got in a hotel at the airport. So if there could be more information prior to booking about the shuttle that would be great. The Customer Service is exceptional I was treated very well by everybody who I encountered starting with check-in to ordering food. They do have a restaurant The food was decent I’m vegan and they have a couple options but thankfully I purchased a meal before leaving the airport. There is a nice “ grocery store” once you exit baggage claim t3.My room is very comfortable and cleaned the AC worked the elevator or in this case the lift was out of service so I didn’t have to carry my luggage but they did offer me a room on the first floor so I have no room to complain. Overall a good experience I just wish that there had been more information on the area shuttle.
