Excellent place to end our vacation and get positioned for Heathrow. Staff very gracious and accommodating, scheduled airport transfer - very punctual, tasty offerings at restaurant/bar, room clean and comfortable, appreciated high quality toiletries, perfectly functioning hairdryer. I mistakenly booked a VIP access room, not realising that meant an accessible room. That was not a problem really, except that the plumbing in the room needed maintenance. The shower blocked up, which was OK because I am able bodies and could have a quick shower to restrict the flooding to inside the room. The inability of the toilet to properly flush was more of a problem. Otherwise the room and the hotel facilities were fine and access to Heathrow was quick and easy.

The hotel was clean and staff are friendly. However the elevators in the wing I was in were out of order which meant lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs after a long day of travel. What I considered unacceptable was that the elevators had been out of order for well over month and this should have been disclosed at the point of booking.
