Overall the hotel is well positioned, clean and ideal for business trips or visiting London. Unfortunately no parking but this is expected in the city so street parking is around. As mentioned the hotel is very clean, smelling nice everywhere and actively seeing continuous cleaning taking place in communal areas. The air con worked perfectly giving a good night's sleep. The downside is the deposit! I was made to leave a deposit which was actually more than the cost of the room itself! This is just wrong. I appreciate they may have had issues in the past possibly but it seems excessive being made to pay such a sum unexpectedly and then trust you will automatically get it back. It was only security on reception when leaving who said I "should" get it back if he leaves a note for when staff come in. We shall see.
