Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and I must say, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a room that not only looked dirty but also had a lingering unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, I discovered bedbugs in my room, which was absolutely unacceptable. The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns, making it difficult to address the issues I faced during my stay. I had hoped for at least decent food, but the meals were just okay—nothing to rave about. Additionally, I was misled by the photos online, which did not accurately represent the state of the hotel. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and I left feeling disappointed. We were offered a new room but that was even worst. So we left at 11pm on the hunt for a new place to stay. I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I would go to this Ibis again and have it as my preferred place to stay when visiting London. Fabulous breakfast and I love the area.

It's an inexpensive Hotel conveniently located to London Heathrow. Our experience was barred when we went to dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. We were told they were open until 10:30. We went in at about 9:30 and at 10:15 the server came and told us we had to clear our tables now because they were closing. The odd thing is is that as we are leaving they were still seating new arrivals. When I questioned this they just said "oh so sorry"... Speaking with the hotel manager later was not any more fruitful.

We stayed here the night before our international flight. It's nothing fancy, but the room and bed were comfortable and it served our needs well. We ate in their little cafe and the pizza was good.

It was lovely. The room was small yet just enough for a couple. I wish there was a small fridge for our cold drinks. Toilet bowl had some stains on the outer side just below the seat cover but maybe just a minor thing that was missed by the cleaner. Temperature can be adjusted according to your preference which was really good. Easily accessible to and from Heathrow airport
