They cancelled our booking. Said no card details but you couldn’t book without the card to secure room. Kept us an hour send us to another hotel which was the wrong one. Then had to go to correct one. No apologies. Then said computers were down! It was horrendous!!

It was okay. Sink didn’t expel water as plunger broken and didn’t have time to complain as bus to airport was late and had to get uber after already paying. Was told by ba crew who was also catching bus that they are very unreliable.
