The staff were friendly and accommodating. The big down side is that the hotel advertises 24 hour food and bar. There was no food during the evening and the bar closed at 11pm. This isnt the fault of the staff, who were embarased at the situation.

Stayed one night before 11:50 departure from Heathrow for h0me. Did find reception on !st floor different. Very tired at time. staff efficient, room clean, bed comfortable.
