Stayed one night before an early flight, hotel is well presented if a little dated in areas. A shuttle bus isn’t provided , yet stated on the listing, however easy enough to get to and from T5 by bus. Overall a good stay.

Great for an overnight airport stay. But even though it’s a short distance from the airport, getting there is challenging as with any Heathrow airport hotel. The airport’s hotel shuttle service only comes every half hour snd services what seems to be all of the major hotels in the area, uber which is much faster can be 30-40 pounds during peak hours.

I called for directions to the shuttle and was told bus stop 12 or 13 from Heathrow to the hotel. Completely wrong. Took forever to get to the hotel and it was quite noisy in the hallways at night. Food at the hotel is quite limited if you’re trying to eat healthy, and you may be charged something different than the prices on the menu.
