I've stayed at several properties near Terminal 5, all in similar price ranges and categories, but the Hyatt stands out as the best. The front desk staff was exceptional, accommodating my early check-in after my A380 decided to arrive like a Concorde—way ahead of schedule. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything a traveler needs. The Wi-Fi was lightning-fast, and the restaurant offered a variety of reasonably priced dishes. I’ll be returning.

Comfortable Clean Easy transport to LHR

Front desk staff were fighting with taxi driver over their commission. Our family felt like a piece of chicken. It was a mess, we felt cheated and the staff only cared about their commission from taxi driver. I paid 90. Pounds to travel from central London to hotel. BUT paid 30 pounds to go one mile to airport. Paid 38 pounds for an awful chicken sandwich and fries . We felt riped off.
