It is located near the Victoria Coach and Underground Stations. Only instant coffee in room. Pillows are flat, bed was comfortable. No face cloths to was face and body with. We requested wake up calls on four days, one day we didn't get a call and needed to catch a bus at 7:30 AM, luckily we barely made it.

Loved the Rui London hotel closest to the tube and walkable to Buckingham Palace Big Ben and parks. Great breakfast and staff checked us in early very appreciative! At night just be aware of your surroundings like anywhere in the city.

We are an American couple that stayed here for a week in late May 2025. In the US we often stay in Hampton Inns as they are usually nice and have everything you need and nothing you don't. Riu is a step above Hampton Inn in all regards, but fits that same model: everything we needed for a wonderful stay in London. The hotel is literally across the street from Victoria station (we just took the tube from the airport, including large luggage, no issues). Check in was easy and our room was available very early, which was great coming off the plane. There are no bellhops or people that are not needed (huge plus for me ... I haul our bags from the airport, yeah I don't need to tip someone for wheeling a bag another 100 feet to my room). The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and sparkling clean. TV channel assortment is plentiful; nice when winding down at the end of the day. King bed was very comfortable. Room temp can be adjusted nicely, including air flow fan speed. Bathroom is very nice and had a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head and removeable head, with instant hot water and decent pressure. Best of all, they actually had a shower door that totally seals and does not allow water to get on the bathroom floor! Breakfast was A+. They say to go early or expect a wait, but we had zero wait any day, even after 10am a couple of slow days. Great way to start the day. Only thing I did not like was the automatic light that comes on over the toilet with motion and

Really great hotel, with a super comfortable bed, plus an amazing breakfast buffet with tons of different options, some things changing each day. Great location to walk to many of the sights. Great views of the city, too! We would definitely stay here again.

We received a room with no windows And after paying 350$ a night it’s beyond me why we had such a room, toilet wouldn’t flush without force, periods of the night we heard a loud water splashing sound which attributed to toilet flushing above us. Loud. On top of that, I wrote a note to the cleaning lady to change both beds sheets on both beds and she only changed one, but did throw out the note , hence she received it. Also didn’t fill up on toilet paper at all during our 3 night stay so we ran out. Loved the breakfast and overall hotel super clean and reception great.
