Fantastic friendly and attentive staff!

The staff is incredibly friendly and so very accommodating. I rated everything outstanding with a small dig for comfort which was about the bed and pillows. Bed was a little too hard for me and pillows flat like pancakes. But the room was clean and space ample. Next time I might pack a pillow but with their great location and excellent staff - I would stay there again.

A solid option that covers all basic needs is well located with fast access to Victoria Station a variety of shops. There is an excellent Cafe called hatch 77 nearby.

Great hotel for first timers in London! Or anyone! Just 1 block from Victoria Station, very walkable, fab breakfast, great staff! Loved everything about the Riu Hotel. Highly recommended it, we’ll be back!

Thank you to the front of house member of staff that telephoned my room to check that everything was okay with myself and my room. Only area for improvement, beds like concrete. Otherwise would recommend this hotel that’s within immediate walking distance of Victoria Station/underground and a good away of restaurants.

We were allocated a room in the basement so no windows. Also the corridor was very noisy. Room decor was nice, staff friendly, breakfast ok plenty of choice but was a little bland. I would say this was more like a 3 star hotel.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Shower is great and staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast dining has a good variety. Check out at 12pm is very convenient for those passengers with late flights. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was close to London Victoria which was great for us and looks very nice inside and out. We were only supplied 2 x pillow which I would describe of poor quality (flat) which resulted in a bad nights sleep. On reflection, I should have raised this with staff but as it was a busy day/night I perservered!

Overall the hotel is at a very good location. Breakfast is nice We stayed in the other block with only 1 lift and waiting for the lift is a bit long and exit from the hotel is also a bit troublesome as we have to cross over to the next block for exit.
